As athletes, sufficient time is devoted to preparing physically, tactically and technically. Psychological preparation is often overlooked, yet it is often what separates the good from the great.
Our approach enables individuals/teams to understand why, how and when to implement psychological skills and strategies to maximize their performance. These skills are transferrable across all domains of life and support individuals to optimize their well-being.
Programs are customized according to needs.
Psychological skills training may include (but are not limited to):

Non-performance domains include (but are not limited to):
- balancing academics & sport
- athlete mental health
- stress management
Individual Sports psyschology session: 1st consultation: €40, subsequent sessions: €55 (6 sessions for 275).
Group/ Team Workshops: Prices vary according to requirements.
